The Bower Hinton Bike Ride is an annual event that takes place in the Somerset town of Bower Hinton, Martock each summer. This sponsored event forms part of a special fund raising day that is organised to raise money for the Orchid Cancer Appeal, a charity that raises money to fund research, prevention and diagnosis of male cancers. Orchid also work hard to raise awareness of male cancer though a variety of media.
As well as the bike ride, there is a barbeque, raffle and evening entertainment with live music, all of which are arranged to raise money for Orchid. Other fund raising events will take place in March and June of 2008, details of which can be found on our News Page. Everyone is welcome!
